One of our cutest silhouettes yet – the 'Carmel' combines sleek structuring and delicate details for the sweetest outcome. It's carefully cut from stretch cotton to a mini dress silhouette with a V-neck and vintage-inspired buttons down the front. The structuring comes into play around the waist with a panelled design that cinches like no other and easily zips at the back. It then moves into a pleated mini skirt with tulle lining that keeps it all in place and adds a touch of volume. Finished in a bright white tone with lace trims, it's the perfect sign off to this sunny summer staple. At House of CB, we're mad about the fit. This dress has multiple sizing options. For the perfect fit up top, our A-C cup girls will want to go for our 'Regular Cup' option, and our 'Bigger Cup' will best suit our D-E cup girls. And find the perfect length, we've also got two options – our 'Regular' and 'Longer' lengths (see below for length specifics.) Team yours with: Go for neutral sandals or a raffia wedge. A bag to match and a vintage headscarf for the final finishing touch. Underwear solution: This style already features some support. We suggest our 'U' bra for extra hold that frames the bust. Use the dropdown box to find your country and view delivery times and charges. Select destination country/region Delivery time Cost Good news, as a House of CB member we can deliver your items Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm. There is no next day delivery or Saturday service. DELIVERY SERVICE All our international deliveries are handled by UPS, FedEx, DPD, TNT and Troll. Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot. For both free and paid deliveries, you will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At House of CB we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries. We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected. Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be at your own risk. b4:T13e5, Guess what! We have return depots located in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada and Spain, making it easy to return to your items. The best part? Return addresses will be included in your order. All orders placed now can be returned within 28 days of being received. This applies to online order and purchases made in our store. Our stores will also be accepting return of online purchases so you can drop your return in store if that fits best. However, in concessions you will only be able to return orders purchased in that concession. RETURNS Sometimes things don't work out – we're happy to accept returns on any full price garment that is unworn and still fitted with its satin security ribbon and all original labels. This applies to any full price item dispatched back to us within 28 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not covered by House of CB when items are sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and a tracking ID. We can't take responsibility for parcels lost while being returned to us. You'll find our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery. Just make sure your return reaches us within 28 days of receipt. Mislaid your returns sheet? Don't panic – email us at [RETURNS@HOUSEOFCB.COM] and we'll be happy to help. When filling out the sheet, please indicate whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. Some items aren't eligible for a return or refund, but don't worry – we make this clear at the point of purchase. REFUNDS Refunds are credited back to your original payment method and processed within 2–3 working days of us receiving the item. Please note: SALE items are refunded via store credit. Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This varies between banks, so please check with your bank directly, as we're unable to amend this. Store credit refunds are issued as a code sent to your email inbox, available once your return has been processed (2–3 working days). Store credit may only be used for purchases on app.houseofcb.com, is not transferable, may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash except where required by law, and expires after twelve (12) months from the date of issuance. Any eligible returns, cancellations, or refunds applicable to a purchase using store credit will be credited back in the form of store credit. EXCHANGES We accept exchanges on any full price garment that is unworn and still fitted with its security ribbon and all original labels. This applies to any item dispatched back to us within 28 days of receipt. Exchanges take around 2–3 working days to process, plus delivery time to your area. Shipping costs are not covered by House of CB when items are sent back. You'll find our exchange instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery. Make sure your return reaches us within 28 days of receipt and identify which item you'd like replaced. Mislaid your returns sheet? Don't panic – email us at [RETURNS@HOUSEOFCB.COM] and we'll be happy to help. Feel free to be picky – you can exchange your item for any size or item (subject to stock) and we'll send it back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item. If your replacement costs more, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference – just let us know at [RETURNS@HOUSEOFCB.COM] once you have. If the replacement costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method. Alternatively, you can refund the original item and purchase the new, lower-priced item separately. SALE ITEMS We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store. 3 for USD $280 deals are not returnable for exchange, refund or store credit. USD $68 sale items are not returnable for exchange, refund or store credit. 5 for USD $150 promos are not returnable for exchange, refund or store credit. LATE RETURNS We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 28 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 28 days may be returned to you. CARRIERS TO RETURN Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. Don't use DHL or TNT to return your orders as these carriers will not deliver to us. INSURANCE House of CB insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it’s delivered to you. For all deliveries, we require a signature. At this point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Sending the item to someone else? If you got your House of CB items as a gift or something similar, the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
